FAQs
It's exactly what it sounds like: We bring the clinic to you. After a free 10-minute consultation to understand your needs, one of our expert Registered Nurses will travel to your chosen location – be it your home, office, hotel, or even a park. We arrive with all the necessary equipment for a safe and sterile treatment, set up in your space, and administer your bespoke IV infusion. You get to relax, enjoy some refreshments, and get your treatment without ever having to travel.
Absolutely. Safety is our highest priority. Our founder, Meera Thomas, is an APHRA-registered RN with over 30,500 clinical hours of experience. All our nurses are extensively trained in the safe administration of intravenous products. Furthermore, we use the best emergency GPS tracker in every session. This ensures that paramedic or security assistance can be urgently alerted if ever needed, providing a safety net that goes beyond standard clinical settings. Any space you choose becomes a safe space with us.
We respect your time immensely. That's why the maximum time allocation for a full session is just 1 hour and 15 minutes. This includes setup, the treatment itself, and a short observation period afterwards. By coming to you, we eliminate travel time, waiting rooms, and parking hassles, effectively adding hours back into your day.
We are able to treat a wide range of people. Our eligible extras include:
Individuals 14 years and above.
Pregnant women, specifically in their 3rd trimester (upon consultation).
Couples are welcome to book a session together.
Your free 10-minute consultation is the perfect time to discuss your specific health profile and ensure a treatment is right for you.
You don't need to be an expert; that's our job. During your free 10-minute consultation, we'll discuss your health goals, energy levels, and any symptoms. Supported by research, we'll recommend a plan tailored to you. Our 'bespoke' approach means we can often adjust the nutrient blend to suit your individual needs, ensuring you get exactly what your body requires, whether it's a high-dose Iron infusion, Vitamin C, or Rehydration therapy.
While we recommend checking with your individual insurer regarding "extras" coverage for at-home nursing services, we ensure all clinical governance is followed. After your treatment, details of all infusions are added to your health records, ensuring your complete medical history is accurately maintained. And as stated, our service is one price with no hidden costs, so you know exactly what to expect.
It's the combination of premium convenience, clinical excellence, and holistic care. You aren't just another appointment; you are a guest. We offer:

Iron deficiency anaemia
Chronic fatigue and low energy
Heavy menstrual bleeding
